Iesha Baldwin, an award-winning environmentalist and author, brings 10+ years of experience in climate communications, research and fundraising. As Spelman College's first Sustainability Coordinator, she has driven impactful change by launching the Sustainable Spelman Office, the Green Workforce Development Program and the innovative Food Waste to Energy initiative, advancing sustainability across campus and within the local community.

Andy is Executive Director of the Georgia Cleantech Innovation Hub, driving climate tech innovation in Georgia and the Southeast. With over a decade of experience spanning battery storage, solar, smart grid and refrigerants, he connects entrepreneurs with resources to accelerate sustainable solutions. Andy’s work combines expertise in growth strategy and alliance building to support the region’s transition to a sustainable future.

Miguel Granier is the Managing Director of Cox Cleantech Accelerator by gener8tor, a 12-week program supporting early-stage climate innovation startups.

With nearly two decades of experience financing businesses from startup to growth stage, he has led investments across nine countries and three continents. Miguel has also served on the boards of several non-profits, including Greentown Labs, Village Capital and Global Growers Network.

Jen serves as Sustainability Catalyst for ATDC, supporting early-stage sustainable innovation companies. With over 15 years of experience, she coaches startups and connects them with the resources they need to thrive.

Before joining Green Badger, she spent a decade as a commercial interior designer and project manager in the design-build sector.

Lauren Gloster, LEED AP is an accomplished professional in the fields of sustainable production & program management, and corporate sustainability. As Director of Client Accounts at Earth Angel by TheGreenShot, she leads a team of sustainable production professionals focusing on decarbonization, material recovery, sourcing, and zero waste strategies. Lauren oversees sustainable policy development and implementation on a studio-wide level, and conducts extensive research studies regarding sustainability strategies in the production field.

Anna Zelcer is the Sustainability Coordinator at Angelini Pharma and Climate Fresk Local Ambassador for Georgia. She has facilitated and trained more than 250 people in the Climate Fresk workshop since 2020, collaborating with corporations (Dior, Exotec, ISA), universities (Georgia Tech, Emory, Georgia State) and schools (Atlanta International School, Morningside Elementary, Marist School) to implement the workshop globally.
